The welcome
A place where time has stopped
We are glad to welcome you into our masseria, a place where time has stopped among olive groves and wheat fields. The farm was born in the middle of the nineteenth century with large vineyards, olive groves, citrus groves and arable land. Today the farming side is still its soul, and Fausto and Paola welcome you for a journey through history and cooking, with produce grown here that recovers the genuine flavours of another time.
The menu changes with the seasons. The kitchen garden and the organic produce of the masseria are the heart of every dish. If you wish, you can watch the food being prepared and take a few Mediterranean recipes home with you.
